"GuideAnywhere AI" (hereinafter "the App") is a service that provides AI-generated audio commentary about nearby locations based on the user's position. This Privacy Policy describes the information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Location Data

The App collects your location data (latitude and longitude) to provide location-based commentary. Location data may also be collected in the background.

• Purpose: To generate contextual commentary about nearby places
• Storage: Guide history is stored locally on your device (up to 100 entries). No location data is stored on our servers
• Third-party sharing: Location data is sent to Google Maps API to retrieve address and point-of-interest information

Device Identifier

A device-specific identifier is used to manage daily usage limits.

• Purpose: Managing the daily usage quota
• Storage: Temporarily held in server memory and reset daily
• Identification: The device identifier cannot be used to personally identify you

Advertising Data

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information for ad delivery:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID)
• Approximate location
• Device information (model, OS version, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Generating and delivering location-based guide content
• Managing usage limits
• Displaying advertisements
• Improving the App and fixing issues

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following services, and information is processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. Data Storage

• On-device: Guide history (text and location) is stored in local storage on your device
• Server: No persistent storage of user data. Information is used temporarily for request processing only

5. Your Rights

• Location data: You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings
• Ad identifier: You can limit ad tracking through your device settings
• Guide history: All local data is deleted when you uninstall the App

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. We will notify you within the App of any significant changes.
